Paige began her dance training in Beacon, New York. She attended prestigious summer dance programs such as Eglevsky Ballet, New York State Summer School of the Arts with NYC Ballet, Brianski Ballet, and Martha Graham Summer Dance Intensives. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from SUNY at Buffalo and holds a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling Psychology. She has danced with Ballet, Jazz, and Modern companies throughout her career; Poughkeepsie Ballet Theatre, Zodiaque Dance Company, Buffalo City Ballet, The Empire State Ballet, West End Jazz, Lexington Dance Collective, and MadCap Dance to name a few. Paige is currently a member of The Next Stage Project in Amsterdam, Netherlands/NYC. She has had the opportunity to work with choreographers and teachers such as Jana Hicks, Marijke Eliasberg, Max Stone, Kevin Wynn, Sara Neece, and Beth Goheen, among others. She has performed and taught both nationally and internationally. Paige is currently the Rehearsal Director of ASEID Contemporary Dance and is on faculty at The Hudson Valley Conservatory of Fine Arts, Walden, NY.

Paige is the Artistic Director of Valley Contemporary Dance Company, which debuted ‘THE WOMEN WHO ROCK SERIES’, featuring ‘Janis Joplin: PEARL’ in July 2009. ‘Lady Day: A Tribute to Billie Holiday’ was the sophomore production of ‘THE WOMEN WHO ROCK SERIES’, earning the company an Orange County Arts grant in 2010. Additional choreography has been seen at The Bardavon Opera House, (Poughkeepsie, NY), The Ulster County Performing Arts Center, (Kingston, NY), The Brooklyn Lyceum, (Brooklyn, NY), LaTea Theater, (NYC) ,The New Rose Theatre, (Walden, NY), Kean University, (Union, New Jersey), and Merce Cunningham Studios.

In addition to her performance and choreography experience, Paige is a licensed Creative Arts Therapist in the state of New York. She has built Dance/Movement Therapy programs in the NYC Healthcare system where dance and movement are used in healing the mind and body. She has been an expert speaker for Nivea Body, (Biersdorf Corporation) and has presented on D/MT at conferences throughout NYC. Paige has designed costumes for dance companies and schools, working with choreographers such as Johannes Wieland, Dina Denis, Jana Hicks, Max Stone, The Mid-Atlantic Center for Performing Arts, MD, and Westbury Magnet School.
